Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR)

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an innovative therapy backed by extensive research, particularly effective for those dealing with trauma, anxiety, and PTSD. This evidence-based approach involves guided eye movements that help your brain process distressing memories, transforming how you experience them. Studies show that EMDR can significantly reduce symptoms, often in fewer sessions than traditional talk therapy. By reprocessing these memories, you can break free from their grip and reclaim your life. If you’re ready to find relief and empowerment, EMDR may be the key to your healing journey.

Somatic-Informed Therapy

Somatic therapy integrates awareness of the body into the therapeutic process. Our bodies often hold onto stress and trauma in ways we may not be consciously aware of. This approach supports you in gently noticing physical sensations as valuable sources of information. By fostering a stronger connection between body and mind, somatic therapy can help regulate the nervous system and support emotional healing. Haley will be a student in the 3 year Somatic Experiencing Program starting in 2026.

Polyvagal- Informed Work

Grounded in the science of the nervous system, polyvagal-informed therapy helps us understand how our bodies respond to stress, threat, and safety. It offers a framework for recognizing patterns such as feeling anxious, shut down, or disconnected, and supports the development of internal safety and resilience. Through this lens, we work together to create conditions that help your nervous system move toward greater regulation, connection, and ease.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is a dynamic and transformative therapeutic approach designed to help you overcome the lingering effects of distressing experiences. In our sessions, we'll navigate through challenging memories with a focus on swift resolution and empowerment. ART combines innovative techniques to promote healing, allowing you to release the emotional weight of past events efficiently. Together, we'll pave the way for positive change, providing you with the tools to embrace a more liberated and fulfilling life.
